When i went to NYC last week- i brought the finished foldout books to Jennifer, Michael, Ted and Patrick. I'm mailing Heather's and LaBarca's tomorrow. Too many months in the making, this book is 4 5.25" x 5.25" squares, collaged, front and back. i inserted a CD with a playlist that has been running through my head since the reunion.
i don't usually work with contemporary photos, so this was a stretch for me. the style is very a la quick journal entry. mixed up with photos, vintage paper, pastels, gel medium, marker and masking tape.
I'm happy with the way it came out- although there are things i would change if i did it again.
But now it's done and i can move onto other things. Now the music on the blog will change back to soundtrack to art. there are many projects to work on many things to complete this summer. until we meet again.
