A Chance to meet the Past

This is tonight's work in the studio-A Chance to meet the Past- Another ATC for Liz Demas and the BAG workshop tomorrow.

Below is the lesson learned today- it was a strong one- it was something I knew was coming but was unsure of when or how it would evolve...

Today a change of perspective. A chance to look outside of myself and my flaws. To be the active observer and to finally learn a humble truth about living. So now I am thanking you and the universe for that everything that is. In the perfect imperfection that life hands me. The meaning - the lesson is not lost.
YES! I AM LISTENING! I GET IT!

And today, on my way home from work, when I could no longer resist the urge to thank a dear friend of mine, for being just that, a dear friend (nothing more and nothing less) the 444 came right across my plane of vision. I saw it go right by on a license plate, like a sign that said: " See, I told you so! It's all OK." I laughed out loud and was filled with such joy.

I will not ignore it. I will not take this gift for granted. I will recognize, appreciate and embrace it all for what it is. I thank you for the beauty and the breath of being. Thank you for everything that is. My cup is full.

I will start embracing, praising and recognizing all that is for good or for bad. Grey is good. Everything has value and should be seen for what it is.

I will start to appreciate all the things I have and stop the wanting of the things that are outside me reach. "Right now, (I) am exactly where (I) should be." Take away the wanting and I take away the suffering.

Finally, it is all starting to make sense to me.
